*These freeze very well. We slice it the thickness we want, then lay on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Once frozen (few hours or overnight if you forget about them like we usually do) place in a container or freezer bag. Pull out as you need then toast or air fry. We actually like it better once it’s been frozen.
